All tests conducted by Scorpions are recorded. With appropriate circuit design and commissioning input (assisted by Scorpion ConnectTM, a powerful 'drag and drop' configuration tool), data includes zone and location information, aids test personnel identification, records time and date of tests and ASD pipe run transport time. This data (from commissioning and from the two most recent tests) is stored on site in the Scorpion head units themselves. It can be interrogated at any time using a Scorpion Controller (itself capable of storing up to 10,000 tests).
Through Scorpion AssuredTM the data can also be downloaded from the Controller for transmission to interested parties or for use in back office systems assisting administration and providing the 3rd party audit trail sought by so many on an increasing basis.
